Bandits terrorists have again kidnapped 4 students of the federal University Gusau (FUGUS) today (Saturday) at about 8:00pm.
The four students were kidnapped from their rented hostels in Sabon garin Damba in Gusau the capital city of Zamfara State.
However, troops of operation Hadarin Daji (OPHD) who responded to a distress call about the abduction have successfully rescued all the kidnapped students.
As at the time of filing this report (11:50 pm) a heavy gun duel is ongoing at the Damba area, which our sources said was between the troops and the criminal elements.
Another report from Sakajiki village in Kaura Namoda local government area said, another gang of the Bandits stormed the village at 8:00 pm and are still in action.
But sources within security forces said action has been taken to deter the criminals.
