Report reaching this medium indicates that all the remaining students of Federal University Gusau (FUG) have regain their freedom.
A reliable source said, their currently in the Nation’s capital city Abuja for debriefing, Medical checkup and other arrangements before handing them over to their respective families.
in an audio clip listened by SMARTS NEWS one of the freed students called her father informed him about the development today (Sunday)
MEDIA SMARTS NIGERIA also reached out to some family members of the abducted students and they confirmed that they have spoken to their daughter
“Alhamdulillah, it is very they regain freedom, we spoke with not long ago.” A sister of the released students confirmed.
It could be recalled that on Friday 22 September, 2023 24 students of the federal university Gusau were abducted by a group of Bandits while some of them were rescued by military.
