Zamfara APC new media influencers strategize to bolster party activities – Almansur

A 31-member committee of the Zamfara State All Progressives Congress (APC) New Media Writers has convened at the party’s state secretariat in Gusau to deliberate on strategies aimed at enhancing digital engagement and promoting the party’s image ahead of future elections.

Speaking shortly after the meeting, Chairman of the APC New Media Writers in Zamfara, Almansur Almajir Gusau, said the group is adopting modern approaches to strengthen its operations and unify members for the collective progress of the APC.

“We are restrategizing and embracing contemporary media tools to boost our activities and foster unity among our members. Our goal is to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the APC in Zamfara and nationally,” Almansur stated.

He emphasized the commitment of the group to harnessing the strength of its members and their influence on digital platforms to promote the party’s ideals and ensure continued success.

“All APC promoters and writers on new media will be duly recognized by the APC State Secretariat. This move will not only offer protection but also ensure that their contributions to the party’s progress are acknowledged. Our unity remains non-negotiable,” he added.

Expressing optimism ahead of the 2027 general elections, Almansur noted the group’s determination to help the APC reclaim Zamfara State.

In a press briefing, the Secretary of the APC New Media Writers, Abubakar S. Limanchi, unveiled plans to establish structured leadership across the state’s local government areas. According to him, a 15-member executive committee will be formed in each LGA, while Gusau, the state capital, will have a 30-member executive body. Kaura Namoda and Talata Mafara will each have 20-member committees to coordinate new media activities at the grassroots.

The initiative, they said, is aimed at reinforcing the APC’s digital presence and strengthening its media machinery at all levels of the party structure in Zamfara State.
