The Zamfara State House of Assembly has assured residents of its dedication to enacting laws that positively impact their lives.
Speaker Bilyaminu Ismail Zannan Moriki made the pledge while leading lawmakers and staff of the Assembly on a study tour to Kaduna and Lagos States.He explained that the team engaged stakeholders in meaningful discussions and promised that the Assembly would apply the lessons learned from the visits.
The Speaker noted that the seventh Assembly has already deliberated on many bills and motions targeted at improving the lives of the people, with committees still reviewing related proposals for passage.
He appreciated the Lagos State House of Assembly under Hon. Mudashiru Obasa for its warm reception and also commended Zamfara legislators for their cooperation in advancing legislative work.
