Mu’amalat Computer training Institute, Illela, Graduates Students

Mu’amalat Computer Training Institute Illela, Sokoto State . .

 in affiliation with the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, graduated 32 students in different computer skills and packages with a call on them and the general public to eschew cybercrime and other related offenses.

The groundbreaking graduation ceremony which took place on Saturday, 16th June, 2023, at the premises of the School in Illela local government area reported the proprietor of the School, Mallam Umar Sani, who is also a Lecturer with the Department of Computer Science, Sokoto State University, saying 25 graduands bagged Diploma in Computer Studies, while 7 others graduated with Certificate in Computer Studies. 

The proprietor said that he was motivated to establish the school in a quest to train and equip the teeming unemployed youths with computer skills that will make them employers of labor instead of trooping into the already saturated labor market looking for white-collar jobs that are not available.

Speaking earlier, the District Head of Illela, Alh. Buhari Tukur, Sarkin Rafin Illela, represented by Alh. Haruna Sahabi, commended the proprietor for bringing computer training skills to the doorstep of the people of Illela and neighboring communities. 

He, therefore, urged the people to utilize the opportunity by enrolling in the School.  

Similarly, the Member Representing Illela Local Government at the Sokoto State House of Assembly, Hon. Sirajo Abdulkadir (Sardaunan Araba) applauded the initiative and called on the well-meaning people of the Local Government to brow a leaf from Mal. Can’t.  

The Honorable member promised to sponsor 20 orphans and vulnerable children to undergo a computer program in the School.

A highlight of the event was an awareness campaign on the danger of cybercrime and the need for all, especially, the youth, to eschew it.
