In a bid to enhance the Civil military relation in Zamfara, Commander 1 Brigade and joint task force of Operation Hadarin Daji (OPHD) in charge of Zamfara and Kebbi states Brigadier General S Ahmed has paid a courtesy visit to emir of Gusau.
During the visit at emir’s palace in Gusau, Brig Gen S Ahmed who accompanied by senior military officers called on traditional leaders to support military operations in there own way to enable them succeed in the ongoing fight against all forms of criminality in the state and the country as a whole.
The bridge commander who also seek for collaborative efforts urged the good people of Zamfara State to support security agencies with vital information about any criminal activity to enable them take prompt action as they were committed to ensure restoration of peace and harmony in the state.
In his remarks, the Emir of Gusau Alh Ibrahim Bello expressed appreciation to the brigade commander for the visit, saying the emirate will continue to partner with the military and other security formations and will accord them all necessary support within their power to excel in the fight against banditry, kidnapping, castle rustling and other social vices.
