The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon Muhammad Isah Anka as the winner of the election for Anka/Talata Mafara federal constituency in Zamfara state.
The Returning Officer of Anka/Talata Mafara federal constituency in Zamfara state, Dr Ibrahim Garba announced that the APC candidate scored 47,722 votes while Kabiru Yahaya of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) polled 14,872.
Anka/Talata Mafara is the constituency of the former Governor of Zamfara state, Hon Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar.
