CP Kolo Yusuf decorates 7 newly promoted senior Police Officers

The Commissioner of Police,  Zamfara state command, CP Kolo Yusuf, has decorated 7 newly promoted senior Police Officers.

MEDIA SMARTS NIGERIA gathered that the promoted officers include 1 Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) who was promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), and 6 Superintendents of Police (SPs) were promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendents of Police (CSP) notably among them was the Police public relations officer PPRO of the command SP Shehu Mohammed.

Speaking at the ceremonial event, CP Kolo Yusuf,  congratulated the promoted officers on behalf of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Baba Alkali. He also charged them to redouble efforts to discharge their duties with a vast degree of professionalism.

In attendance was the Emir of Bungudu, Alhaji Hassan Attahiru,  who expressed his utmost appreciation to the efforts of the Zamfara State Police Command for their dedication in discharging their official responsibilities. The Royal Father also called on the government to enhance the professional empowerment of the Nigerian Police Force in order to reignite their organisational performances.

Similarly, the Commissioner alongside the senior Police Officers of the Command bids farewell to  ACP Gamburawa Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kaura Namoda Police Area Command having successfully accomplished 35 years in service in the Nigeria Police Force. While presenting an exclusive prize to the retired ACP, the CP wishes him well in his future endeavors.

Shortly after the decorations, the Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Muhammad Shehu, who was among the officers, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the command officers for their support through the breakthrough.
