
Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal has expressed satisfaction with the progress of ongoing infrastructure projects, including the Zamfara International Airport, road construction, and school renovations.
The governor, accompanied by officials, toured various project sites in Gusau on Wednesday to assess their status and ensure quality delivery.

A statement by his spokesperson, Sulaiman Bala Idris, highlighted that the inspection began on Tuesday at General Hospital Gusau, which is undergoing a full renovation and equipment upgrade.
Speaking at the airport site, Governor Lawal emphasized that his administration is committed to delivering a modern airport that meets international standards.
He also inspected key road projects, including the Rawayya township road and the Old Market Road to Nasiha Chemist junction.
Additionally, the governor reviewed ongoing renovations at JB Yakubu State Secretariat, Zamfara College of Arts and Sciences (ZACAS), and Government Science Secondary School.
Governor Lawal reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule to improve infrastructure and public services in the state.
