After careful consideration and unanimous consent from all Honourable Members, Speaker Bi’yaminu Ismail Moriki announced the approval and confirmation of the extension for fourteen Local Government Interim Administrators for an additional six months, as requested by Governor Dauda Lawal.

In his address, Speaker Moriki charged all fourteen Interim Administrators to justify the confidence reposed in them by ensuring good and quality leadership in their respective Local Government Areas.
