Appeal court sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has set aside the ruling of a federal high court which nullified the candidature of Aisha Dahiru Binani as APC governorship candidate for 2023 general elections.
The panel of judges directed INEC to forward the name of Sen Aishatu Dahiru Binani to Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the Gubernatorial candidate of APC in Adamawa State.
The Judges also said the request by Malam Nuhu Ribadu for the conduct of fresh exercise amounts to academic exercise hence it was jettisoned.
