In a bid to address the pressing humanitarian needs in Zamfara State, Honorable Aminu Sani Jaji, a distinguished member of the House of Representatives and leader of the Jajiyya political movement, has initiated a significant humanitarian effort.
On Tuesday, the 12th of March, 2024, Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji, member house of Representatives, representing Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal constituency has flagged off the distribution of 35 trucks loaded with assorted grains across the state.
In a statement by the Chairman, Coordinating Committee, Hon. Aliyu Abubakar Tsafe said the distribution, spanning all fourteen local government areas of the state, aims to support orphans, women, APC Members/Supporters, APC Officials, and other deserving individuals.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji reaffirmed his commitment to fostering democracy and political liberty within Zamfara State.
He called for increased security measures to address the prevailing insecurity, emphasizing the urgent need for peace and harmony in the region.
Furthermore, Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji extended heartfelt condolences to the families and associates of the late Islamic cleric, Sheik Abubakar Hassan Mada, whose tragic demise shook the state.
He therefore urged relevant authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure the swift prosecution of the perpetrators to uphold justice and deterrence.
Highlighting the importance of political stability and freedom, Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji urged community members to actively contribute to the betterment of society.
He noted that the distribution of grains, is a testament to his unwavering dedication to inclusivity and equitable resource allocation, underscores the Jajiyya movement’s commitment to serving the masses and promoting socio-economic welfare across Zamfara state.
