A Shari’ah High Court sitting at Hausawa in Kano state before Justice Abdullahi Halliru sentenced a popular controversial TikTok influencer, Ms Murja Ibrahim, fondly known as Murja Kunya, to sweep Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital Kano for three weeks and should keep reporting to Hisbah Commission Kano for 6 months.
Similarly, Freedom Radio reported that Justice Abdullahi Halliru also sentenced another popular TikTok artist Ashiru Idris, also known as Mai Wushirya, to sweep a mosque known as “Masallacin Murtala” in Kano for three weeks.
